§ 92.48. BRANCH SERVICE LINE.

(A) Water and sewer lines shall be installed from the main to the front property line of property to be served before any permanent street surfacing is constructed in the street.
(B) If any property owner fails to put in the water and sewer service lines within 30 days after notice from the Clerk/Treasurer, the City Council shall proceed to have water and sewer service installed and to assess the cost against the property.
